| Shipping Policy |
| We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $50 within the Contiguous US. To obtain free shipping, enter free50 in the coupon section when your orders are $50 or more. All other ground deliveries are calculated using UPS Real-Time Rates within the Contiguous US. Does not include Saturday deliveries. Orders placed by 2:30 PM PST will be shipped on the same day Monday-Friday. All other orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders that are shipped within California typically arrive on the following business day. Shipping to all other locations normally arrives in 1-5 business days. All orders are shipped through UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO's. Bait Barn reserves the right to choose a different shipping carrier. |

| If you place an order and the system allows you to complete the order, it means that the item was in stock as of the morning of the purchase. However, it is possible that the item ordered will sell out during the day and your item will be placed as back-ordered. If this occurs, we will contact you with the information provided by you upon checkout with the options presented by you. In addition, all prices are Web Only. Furthermore, if an item is shown but not listed in the drop down menu, it is generally out of stock and will be listed when it becomes available. The following options are as follows: 1) Back-ordered Item: Your order will remain as back-ordered until the product becomes available. You will remain on top of the list to receive the item. When the item becomes available, it will be shipped out to you the same day at no additional cost to you. 2) Change the Order: If you prefer not to wait for the back-ordered item, you have the option of replacing that item with another item. 3) Cancel the Order: If you choose not to wait for your back-ordered items or change the order, you have the option of cancelling your order. It is also possible to cancel the item. This will not change your free shipping status if the new total falls below $50. Returns: Baitbarn.net offers a 30 day return policy on new and unused items. Items must be returned in their original packaging without any wear or tear. All items will be refunded minus shipping costs. You must contact us notifying us of your intent to return the merchandise at baitbarn@gmail.com. We will reply with a RMA number for you to include with your return package. It is your responsibility to handle any shipping and/or taxes incurred with your return. International Orders: please contact us for further information baitbarn@gmail.com. Damaged Items: It is Baitbarn.net's priority to ensure the package shipped arrives in the best possible condition. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will issue a call tag to have the package picked up from you. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges. Once the item is picked up, a replacement item will be sent out. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will work with the manufacturer to ship the item to you as soon as possible. |
